It is registered in accordance with the law and is a non-profit social organization with independent legal personality. The purpose of this association is to unite Chinese people all over the world and provide cultural communication for Chinese people all over the world. It is an international volunteer public welfare organization and contributes to the promotion of the great rejuvenation of the nation and the common progress of mankind. The Association strictly abides by the national constitution and the laws, regulations and systems of various countries, and adheres to moral character. It will follow the "Articles of the Foundation" to build and promote the effective co-development of Chinese businessmen and resources from all over the world, unite Chinese businessmen and listen to the voices of Chinese businessmen around the world. Provide Chinese businessmen with more say in the world, promote business activities, seek coexistence and mutual benefit, and work together. We hope to cooperate with social organizations and community organizations all over the world, actively interact with the foundation, and jointly participate in related activities on an international scale.

The Los Angeles branch of the Association accepts the supervision and management registered by the Los Angeles Government of the United States, and accepts relevant supervision from the society and the people as well as from all walks of life.

The association’s registered business scope: international volunteer public welfare organization, promoting academic seminars and economic forums for win-win cooperation. In addition to the various tasks specifically listed in the charter, the foundation will also set up representative offices and liaison offices in various countries, including liaison offices and branches in various provinces, cities, and counties in China. The Foundation’s Board of Directors went through a difficult journey in establishing the institution.
In 2011, it was named the World Rainbow Bridge Charity Federation in Hong Kong.
In 2016, the name registered with the Hong Kong government was International Charity Society.
It has been registered with the Los Angeles government in the United States since 2017.
