Huayin Introduction
Huayin is a joint, non-profit, and international social organization voluntarily formed by the Chairman of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce together with overseas Chinese, Chinese expatriates, people of Chinese descent, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, as well as renowned individuals, industry experts, and other related members of society worldwide.
The organization is legally registered in accordance with applicable laws and possesses independent legal entity status as a non-profit social association.
The mission of Huayin is to unite Chinese people around the world, serve the global Chinese community, and build a platform for shared development. The organization strives to safeguard and promote the legitimate rights and interests of its members, actively participates in international volunteer and public welfare initiatives, and contributes to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as well as the progress of humanity.
Huayin strictly abides by national constitutions and the laws and regulations of all countries in which it operates. It adheres to ethical standards and professional integrity while following financial governance principles to promote effective cooperation between Chinese entrepreneurs and global resources. The organization aims to unite Chinese business communities worldwide, listen to the voices of global Chinese entrepreneurs, expand their international representation, and facilitate international trade and economic cooperation for mutual benefit and shared prosperity.
Huayin also seeks to establish partnerships with social organizations and associations around the world. Through collaboration and active engagement, it encourages participation in international activities and promotes cooperation across borders.
The Los Angeles Branch operates under the supervision and regulatory oversight of relevant authorities in Los Angeles, California, and remains open to supervision from society, Huayin members, and other relevant organizations.
The registered scope of this branch includes promoting diversified services for Huayin members and advancing economic cooperation and mutual development. It also supports investment funds and encourages the establishment of Huayin representative offices and liaison offices in various countries, including the potential establishment of liaison offices and branches in China, enabling global resources to be utilized more effectively than ever before.
Huayin members are encouraged to participate in and promote joint investment fund projects. Each year, Huayin organizes evaluations and recognition programs to honor outstanding organizations and individuals. These awards aim to inspire a strong sense of honor and achievement while encouraging members to continue contributing to the advancement of the global Chinese business community. Large-scale award ceremonies are also held to promote the values of integrity, responsibility, and virtue, allowing these principles to shine within society.
The Board of Directors of Huayin has experienced a long and challenging journey in the establishment and development of this financial service institution:
2011 – Huayin Financial Institution was established under Huashang Bank in Shanghai.
2016 – Huayin International Financial Service Institution for Members was registered in Hong Kong under Huashang Bank.
2017 – Huayin Financial Headquarters was established in New York, with a representative office registered in Los Angeles, United States, which continues to operate today.
Throughout its development, Huayin has received strong support from professors of business schools, social leaders, members of chambers of commerce from various countries, and many other supporters. The organization extends its sincere gratitude for their continued support.
